Group Registrations

The World Association of Neurotechnology welcomes group bookings.  Booking a group of delegates comes with a number of concessions:

• Increase your group size at the original registration rate.

As long as 10 or more places are purchased, and paid for before the expiry date when the initial booking is made, additional places can be purchased closer to the conference at the same rate.

• Provide delegate names just before the conference.

We realise that organizations will not have the names of all delegates when making a group booking. You are therefore not required to provide names of delegates until two weeks before the conference.

• Advance conference bag and badge collection.

Avoid the queues at the registration desk! Group representatives can collect conference bags and badges for their group the day before the conference starts.

• Cancel up to 10% of the original booking at no cost.

Groups can cancel up to 10% of their original booking and receive a 100% refund.  For example - if 30 places were booked, 3 could be cancelled free of charge.  This offer is valid until one week before the conference starts.

• Discounts for groups of more than 50 delegates.

We also offer discounts for groups of more than 50 delegates on the sliding scale. The full rate is paid for the first 50 delegates, then places 51-74 qualify for a 10% discount, places 75-100 qualify for a 20% discount. This means the increasing discount is only applied to the additional places and not the total number of places.

Group bookings can be made from the registration page.  Simply click Group as your booking type and you will be asked to upload your group list (optional).  Please note that payment is required to complete the booking.  Alternatively, please contact our registrations manager, who will manage the booking for you.
