Cancellations are as follows:
- 100% Refund - (except for costs) more than three months before conference
- 50% Refund - (including costs) less than three months before conference
- NO REFUND - less than 1 month before conference
Substitutions
Please note that substitutions can be made free of charge until two working days before the conference. Substitutions must be made by email to the above details. If you wish to send a colleague in your place please e-mail your name and the name of your colleague and the substitution will be made.
